Job Description / Responsibility

• Managing Inventory with a view to reducing cost and improving inventory system.
  
• Finish goods receiving, delivering & handle.
  
• Material Issuing, in housing & reconciliation.
  
• Vendor evaluation.
  
• In material inspection & reporting.
  
• Supplier coordinating.
  
• Follow buyer requirements & compliance of stores operations.
  
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  
• Follow up business KPI’s and performance.
  
• To co-ordinate with cross functional team for relevant inputs and output.
  
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.

Job Nature: Full-time

Salary Range: Negotiable

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma/B.B.A/ M.B.A/ Masters, preferably in Material, Inventory & Stores Management.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience is preferable in relevant field. ( not mandatory)

Additional Job Requirement:

• Fluency in English both written and verbal.
  
• Good Interpersonal Skill
  
• Computer Literacy is a must.
  
• Below 35 years of age.
