Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience
- The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals.
- Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
- Work closely with the retail sales team to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing retail sales
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities.
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, print, events).
- Launch and oversee advertising and media planning
- Contributing to new product development by providing market research and consumer insights.
- Overseeing the design and development of product packaging and in-store display
- Managing and allocating budgets for brand-related initiatives.
- Analyze customer data, feedback, and market trends to inform brand decisions.
- Tracking brand awareness and reputation.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions.
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Monitoring competitor activities and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
