Job Context:

We are searching for a highly-creative Online / Digital Transformation Officer for Company’s IT and Digital Transformation, will be responsible for overseeing, managing and evolving all aspects related to Company’s digital services.

Number of Vacancies: 1 (One).

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related fields (computer science; information science; software engineering). Or a Degree in Engineering with additional IT qualifications and equivalent work experience.
• Experience with ERP.
• Experience with Online marketing.
• An ideal candidate should have clear knowledge of Google AdSense, Facebook boosting, and the ability to analyze data from Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Clear knowledge about hardware, operating systems, software and application development Strong analytical Data processing skills and data-driven thinking.
• Knowledge in platform integration and API Understanding of and experience with database concepts

Experience: At least 2 years.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SMO.
• Should have expertise on Social Media platforms marketing, Face book, Instagram, LinkedIn, Imo, Twitter, Pinterest, Google Ad-Sense, Google Ad-Words, and YouTube marketing.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Face book, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
• Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.)
• Help implement the ERP for the entire organization.
• Help implement and integrate different necessary applications for different teams of the organization.
• Deal with 3rd parties and IT vendors Operate Email; SMS Marketing (Must have knowledge in mail-chimp).
• Help to implement CRM systems Assessing current applications and recommending improvements. IOT data management, communication, leadership, varied technical skills.

Salary Range: Attractive salary based on experience and qualification for deserving candidates

Job Location: 4-6 Months at Mohammadpur, later at Basundhara R/A.
