Transform Aid International (TAI) is a non-government development organization established to partner with like-minded agencies overseas to empower communities to lift themselves out of poverty, challenge injustice and build resilience.

We are looking for a Driver for driving staff and guests as needed by the South Asia Regional Office Dhaka, Bangladesh, while also supporting daily administrative and operational tasks. The role will need to balance office duties with driving responsibilities including travel outside of Dhaka and occasional weekend assignments.

Key Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Secondary School Certificate (SSC).
• Valid professional driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an employed professional driver.
• Familiarity with BRTA regulations and road safety standards.
• Experience in driving both short and long distances.
• Experience driving in Dhaka.
• Proficiency in spoken English.
• Excellent customer service and experience in customer care.
• Team player, who enjoys supporting and helping the team.
• Administration experience and knowledge of office procedures.
• Experience using MS Office suite including, word, excel, outlook, teams and powerpoint
• Aligned to the vision and Mission of Baptist World Aid.
