When you join Transform Aid International, you’ll become part of a rich, 60-year history. As a valued member of our Programs team, you will be based at our Dhaka office. Your role will involve working with assigned partner organisations in South Asia to build and maintain effective partnerships between Transform Aid and those organisations. You will ensure that partners grow in their capacity to be sustainable organisations delivering quality programs. You will also attend to all elements of the Annual Project Cycle to ensure projects are implemented according to the annual plan, budget and performing well. You will also have the opportunity for overseas travel, a key element of the role.

The Opportunity

International Program Coordinator - Dhaka

Location: South Asia - Dhaka

Position: Permanent full time

With relevant tertiary qualifications and minimum 5 years community development programming experience, you will utilise your skills to partner with organisations in South Asia.

You will have strong project management and organisational skills, including the ability to plan, organise, prioritise and implement your workflow to meet positional objectives. You will work independently and take every opportunity to be proactive. You will be an excellent communicator with a high standard of written and spoken English.
