Assistant Vice President

Tradewind Bangladesh office is looking for Assistant Vice President. The position is responsible for performing activities related to Commercial and Business Development.

Job Description / Responsibility

• As a part of Commercials and Business Development department the person will be responsible for achieving the targeted portfolio
  Develop and promote advance factoring and trade finance business throughout the region.
  Cooperate commercial team, which ensures yearly sales target, amplifying new business and reduce client turnover.
  Achieving sales target on monthly basis
  To submit monthly sales report to Country Manager
  Developing the sales strategy for amplifying the business portfolio of the company
  Maintain effective communication with clients/prospects; establish long-term working relations and spearhead close interaction with all Tradewind offices to develop synergies across the Tradewind franchise.
  Attend tradeshows to network with exhibitors and other participants and to identify new sale support unities.
  Independently maintain, develop and expand customer relationships by providing trade finance products/solutions
  Develop referral network with business partners.
  Travel required.
  Other jobs assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Employment Status: Full Time

Educational Requirements: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance Banking

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s)
  
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Banking, Trade Finance

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 30 years
  
• Have working experience with International Buyers
  
• Sound understanding of core International Trade Finance.
  
• Prior knowledge and experience in Letter of credit and open account transaction
  
• Skills required in: CRM skills, Pipeline management skills, Sales process skills
