Trade International Ltd., a largest Business house in Bangladesh, having been continuing its business as a manufacturer, Importer and Marketer of wide range of electronic home appliances & durables like Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Color TVs, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, Water Purification Systems, Kitchen Appliances, etc. having different international brands e.g. KONKA, GREE, TOSHIBA, DAIKIN, HAIKO etc. is now searching urgently for qualified individual for the following position for its Research & Development Department in company’s Factory Location:

Position : Trainee Engineer

Department : Research & Development

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
  
• Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.
  
• Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
  
• Conducting research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing.
  
• Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production.
  
• Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes.
  
• Assemble reports documenting process status and changes.
  
• Utilizes process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate production strategies.
  
• Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
  
• Collecting data, writing reports, and presenting findings to senior management.
  
• Ensure the productivity & efficiency of total production process.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Industrial and Production Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:

• Fresher applicants are encouraged to apply.
  
• Familiar with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
  
• High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems.
  
• Familiar working with CAD and AutoCAD.

• Analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  
• Teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
  
• Strong technical writing ability.
  
• Proficiency in working with process engineering and computer-assisted design software.
  
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
  
• Must have excellent computer skills especially MS Excel & MS Word etc.

Age Limit: Below 25 (Twenty Five) Years

Job Location: Narayangonj, Dhaka
