Job Description / Responsibility

• Develop yearly promotional Plan and marketing plan.
• Launch new products and according to marketing needs.
• Competitor activity analysis and making strategic marketing plan.
• Forecasting annual, monthly, quarterly sales budget and monitoring both short terms and long terms sales growth of assigned brands.
• Organizing training program, scientific seminar/ symposiums to promote brands.
• Effective communication with FFs.
• Regular Market and customer visit.
• Organize & ensure the routine sampling and analysis/testing of RM / PM, Intermediate or bulk / Finished Products/ Water according to the approved written procedures i.e. specific STPs (Standard Testing Procedures)
• Ensure to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice), GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) at every steps of Manufacturing & QC activities.
• Check & monitor all the activities of Quality Control department to ensure that SOPs, GLP, EHS regulations
• Pharmaceutical Analysis and Documentations.

Job Nature: FullTime

Educational Requirements

• B. Pharm/ M. Pharm/Msc. In chemistry/Biochemistry/ Bachelor of Unani Medicine and surgery (BUMS) and Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). Student is not allowed to apply.

Experience Requirements

• Experienced candidates will ge preference.

Additional Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office –MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powder Point, English Typing Speed (25), Bijoy Bangla Typing Speed-(25-30), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, related computers education.
• Effective planning, presentation, analytical and communication skill.
• Proactive, energetic and honest, creative and logical.
• Organized exercise good judgment.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skill.
• Willing to visit extensively in/out-side of Dhaka.   
• General Knowledge about Pharmacology, Basic mathematics, basic marketing.
• Can operate TLC, UV Spectrophotometer, and HPLC.
• Good in documentation including BMR & BPR.
• Good Communication Skill in English and Translate English to Bangla.

Job Location: Dhaka, Keraniganj
