Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients interested in purchasing shared land properties.
- Explain land share project details, legal aspects, and benefits to clients.
- Conduct site visits with interested buyers.
- Analyze real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Find out suitable land for joint venture development.
- Provide feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status, client meetings, and conversions.
- Prepare strategic plan for social media marketing, promotions and management.
- Take different types of initiatives for advertising the apartments.
- Give proper services to the Apartment buyers and Land owners.
- Build up strong Marketing and Sales Department of the company.
- Other necessary work for the interest of the company according to the instruction of the management.
