We consider our human resources to be our greatest asset. We are seeking experienced individuals to join our dedicated team for working in a stimulating environment of our Uttara office.

Position: Director Admin (full time/part time)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the administrative discipline of the company.
  • Deal with Land owners, Flat buyers, suppliers and contractors.
  • Maintain the discipline of the projects and office.
  • Human resource management.
  • Maintain different office document and database both in hard and soft copy.
  • Take initiative to develop and progress company work.
  • Keep updated record of the project information both in hard and soft copy.
  • Provide necessary information to the Land Owners and Apartment Buyers.
  • Other necessary work for the interest of the company according to the instruction of the management.

Qualifications:

  • Retired Police officer / retired defense (Army/ Navy/ Air force) officer / administrative experienced person.
  • Graduation from any discipline.
  • Candidate must be Honest, Smart, Good looking, Dynamic, Energetic and Hard working.
  • Candidate must be able to speak nicely in all situations and must have excellent negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to write letter and notice in Bengali and English.
  • Capable of using Computer for official purpose (MS Word, typing, internet, email, Google).
  • Must have good command in using internet and online related software.
  • Well known about the construction rules and other relevant information of the Government.

SALARY and FACILITIES: Taka: 50,000/= (+/-), Negotiable. Facilities will be given according to the qualifications.
