Job Summary:
Threadwel Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales operations.
Location: Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the RMG sector.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in the broader RMG sector.
- Direct access or the ability to create access to Garments company owners/ board members. Capacity to effectively communicate at that level to achieve business objectives.
- Leadership experience in any of the following fields is required: fabric sales, yarn (spinning) sales, garment machinery, and accessories. Bankers with wide exposure to RMG sector clients are also welcome to apply.
