Position: Assistant Manager - Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility

• Handling buying office and sourcing agencies.
• Managing and developing business relationship with existing and potential customer.
• Market mapping of buyer/brand for Bangladesh market
• Grow market share by increasing buyer approval database
• Conduct brand building activities such as technical seminars, product presentations and factory visits.
• Working in co-ordination with local sales team to generate sales from approved brands.

Job Location:

• Sales Office: House No # 242, 2nd floor, Lane # 3, DOHS, Baridhara, Dhaka-1205, Bangladesh.
• Manufacturing Unit: Plots no. 180, 264 & 273, Adamjee EPZ,Adamjeenagar Siddirgonj, Narayangonj.

Educational Requirements

• BBA/ MBA/ Masters in Marketing completed from reputed University.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 4 year(s) of experience in reputed Garment trims/Accessories Manufacturer Industry in Marketing & Sales division.
• Candidates having Marketing & Sales experience in reputed Garments trims/Accessories manufacturing industry will get preference.

Age: Age 30 to 40 year(s)

Skill Set

• Good communication skills to manage the Internal & external customer communication.
• Hands on working experience in Accessories Manufacturer Company in Marketing & Sales division.
• Smart, energetic, willing to work under pressure.
• Must be willing to travel within the city zone.
• Good English speaking skills.

Salary Range: Negotiable/Best in Industry
