Texmart Trading Company Ltd. In line with our vision and growth strategy the company is looking for dynamic, enterprising and talented professionals who are going to lead the company to become the dominant market leader of Bangladesh.

Responsibilities:

• Store design and design development for multiple stores nationwide including new store design, remodels and special projects.
• Manages the whole interior design and construction process, including vendor and worker management, material selection and availability, budget and time constraints
• Leads/coordinates color/material selection, interior construction administration and installation
• Travel frequently to various store site across the country, to study and measure existing and new store location, manage on site construction and solve various problems related to project.
• Coordinate and manage master detail drawings and branding to ensure design is current with standard/model store work.
• Prepares Schematic Design and Design Development drawings for handoff to franchisee and vendors
• Prepare floor plans, storefront elevations and renderings to support design solution.
• Also will take responsibility to develop Visual Merchandising Guideline and plan, including window and store display/look of merchandise for each individual store of the company according to brand needs and marketing pla
• Oversee that the visual merchandising guideline is being properly followed and provide design solutions where needed.
• Communicate effectively via verbal and drawing skills including presentations.
  

Requirements:

• Education: B.S. in Architecture, lnterior Design or Industrial Design
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in retail store design and/or architecture
• Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator and Microsoft Office Excel.
• 3-d capabilities: hand and computer generated (Sketch-up)
• Knowledge of design, architecture and construction process
• Ability to propose design and detail solutions
• Ability to handle multiple job responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently outside of Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable

Job Location: Dhaka (But need to move frequently all over Bangladesh).
