Job Description / Responsibility
- Invoice management:
- Making sales Order & Invoice as per customer's order/demand
- Monitoring sales invoice and DD/Pay Order status
- Update distributors account statements
- Sales & distributors management:
- Update sales force & distributors information
- Coordination with external (Sales team & distributors) and internal (Production/ Distribution/ Finance) customers.
- Follow up Distributor's outstanding and maintain liaison for credit collection
- MIS:
- Prepare & circulate daily/weekly/monthly sales report.
- Prepare & provide distributor & SKU wise monthly sales report
- Prepare debtors outstanding & aging report.
- Prepare & update distributor sales & stock report
- Any other tasks assigned by management
Job Nature : Full time
Educational Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree
- Good command over Bengali & English
- Good computer skill in MS word, MS Excel, MS Power point,
- Experience in operating Tally Software
Experience Requirements: At least 3 year(s)
