Key Requirements:

  • Pronunciation Skills: BBC or CNN-standard pronunciation is a must.
  • Full-Time Availability: Ready to dedicate your time and skills.
  • Teaching Expertise: Proficiency in teaching:
    • Common school subjects
  • Activity-Based Learning: Ability to engage kids in interactive, STEM-based learning.
  • Ed-Tech Savvy: Expertise in using educational technology for online classes.
  • Educational Background: English Medium background candidates will be preferred.
  • Certifications: A Level/CELTA/ELT/TESOL/Hons./Masters certifications or native English speakers are a plus.
  • IELTS Score: Minimum 7.5 band score is preferred.
  • Multi-Tasking Abilities: Capable of handling multiple roles, such as:
    • Counselling, consulting, and writing materials
    • Conducting live classes, public relations, podcasting, and more

Benefits:

  • Salary Range: Competitive salary from 20,000 to 40,000 (gross) Taka per month.
  • Office Hours:
    • Offline: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
    • Online: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
