Application Procedure: Interested applicants have to apply through the online application form published in the web site of Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd. (www.teletalk.com.bd). An Auto Generated Tracking Number will be provided after valid online submission of the Application Form. The name of the Position and the Auto Generated Tracking Number must be written on the envelope containing the said documents.

  • A complete CV of the prospective candidate.
  • Attested photocopy of all educational & experience (if any) certificates. An attested photocopy of transcripts including all scales to prove Division/ Class in case of CGPA.
  • Recent attested passport size 02 (two) copies color photo.
  • Attested copy of passport or national ID card or citizenship certificate of equivalence issued by Union Council Chairman/ Mayor, Municipality/ Ward Commissioner/ Councilor.
  • In case of a degree from any foreign university a related certificate issued by University Grant Commission and a certificate including all scales of Division/ Class.

General Information:

  • Only online application through website of (www.teletalk.com.bd) will be entertained from 10:00 a.m. 31 December, 2014 to 05:00 p.m. 09 January-2015.
  • Only short listed candidates will be invited for interview through SMS or mobile phone or e-mail or any online means available. The short list will be also available in TBL website.
  • Candidates have to seat for written test and interview (Viva) at Dhaka.

Job Specification

A) Junior Executive, Engineer:
Number of Position: 35

 

 

Job Responsibility:

  • Testing, operation & maintenance of existing & upcoming MSC, BSC, BTS, CBS, rectifier systems, cross-connects,   transmission systems, power systems, security and surveillance systems and related equipment.
  • Establish efficient & effective ways to analyze report/ perform Drive Test of 2G, 3G & 4G Network and to plan for new sites.
  • Radio frequency planning, Neighbor Planning, PSC Planning, LAC Planning, Physical Planning, Site Survey and Database maintenance.
  • Software development, implementation and related jobs for business in mobile industry sector.
  • Using ERP, PHP, JSP, PL/ SQL, C, C++, Java, MYSQL, DB management etc, necessary for core system, CRM, Marketing and Sales, Planning and Implementation, Human Resource related tasks.  
  • Task of communication, presentation and reporting for business.
  • Perform any other relevant activities in the value chain of the company.
  • Perform any task/ assignment instructed by the controlling officer and achieve the objectives accordingly.

B) Junior Executive, Non-Engineer:

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare Monthly Salary/Bonus, Holiday Bill/Over Time Bill and Budget as per management decision.
  • Make arrangement of timely recruitment & joining of necessary manpower and promotion to eligible employees of TBL.
  • Budget preparation, VAT, TAX and revenue assurance, bank reconciliation.
  • Reporting, communication, presentation, public relations.
  • Supply Chain Management, ERP and Marketing & Sales activities, Procurement Processes, Audit issues, Secretarial tasks, Customer Relation Management and Human Resources activities.
  • Carry out duties related to business, regulatory and legal environment relevant to mobile telecom industry.
  • Perform IT and ERP related tasks of HR department.
  • Perform any other relevant activities in the value chain of the company.
  • Perform any task /assignment instructed by the controlling officer and achieve the objectives accordingly.

Educational qualification:

For Engg.:

Diploma in Engineering (Telecommunication Technology, Computer Science & Technology, Electrical Technology, Electronics Technology, Power Technology)/           B.Sc. Engg. (Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Tele-Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering) may also apply.

For Non- Engg.:

Graduate in concerned discipline (Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, and Business Administration) or other disciplinary relevant to job specification / Masters degree in concerned discipline may also apply.

Conditions:

  • First Division/ GPA 3.00 or above for S.S.C/ Equivalent and H.S.C/ Equivalent.
  • For Diploma in Engineering, H.S.C may not be required.
  • For Diploma in Engineering GPA below 3.00 out of 4.00 will not be accepted.
  • For Diploma in Engineering at least 05 (five) years experience in relevant field is required.
  • For B.Sc. Engineering/ Graduate/ Masters Degree below Second Class/ GPA 2.25 out of 4.00 or 2.81 out of 5.00 will not be accepted.

Age Limit: 30 years (maximum) on 31 December, 2014. (Age limit may be relaxed up to 32 years for departmental candidates).
