Roles & Responsibilities
- Foster positive relationships with clients as their primary point of contact
- o Keep continuous communication with Clients
- o Demonstration of the system to clients
- o Assess, understand and translate clients’ requirements / pain points in proper documented format
- o Assist customers using our software throughout projects and help to implement company’s services
- o Making clients / clients’ contact points on board on behalf of company
- Address clients’ requirements / pain points to developer team through line manager in proper documented and traceable format
- Ensure quality of system deliverables
- Conduct training of the system for the clients
- Assist in organizing and managing company’s different events with the customers
- Assist in bill collection
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Any other responsibilities / tasks assigned by the line manager / authority
Eligibility
Educational Qualification
- Candidate should be a Computer Science/Engineering graduate or Business graduate with minimum knowledge on ERP system/ software operational system.
Other Qualifications
- Must have effective communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
- Should be extrovert and open minded
- Proactive, energetic and determined to meet the deadline
- Ready to work under pressure
- Open to learn new technologies
- A mindset for continuous Improvement
Work Experience
- 1 year experience in client engagement / coordination related work is preferred
- Experience in working with Govt. organizations will be an added advantage
