Position: Management Trainee officer (MTO)

Job Nature: Contract to Hire | Night Shift | 9 PM to 6 AM or 6 PM to 3AM | Weekly 5 days

Job Location: Banasree, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to clients & stakeholders in a timely and professional manner - escalating or de-escalating as needed
  • Creating quarterly sales plan & strategies to generate revenue
  • Demonstrating the ability to consistently handle the client complaints and providing a resolution that meets the needs/wants of the client along with building the long-term relationship with North American clients
  • Manages vendor/contractor relationships through effective communications, performance management, reporting/data analysis and regular partnership reviews
  • Full responsibility for installation services in assigned territory including ensuring continuous coverage and support, metrics management, contract negotiation, communications, pricing negotiation, performance management, onboarding and decommissioning partners, billing approvals and disputes, etc.
  • Utilize data, reports, and related systems to analyze contractor metrics and identify trends and area of opportunity that require feedback, coaching, or corrective action. Hold contractors accountable for service level agreements (SLAs), contract terms, etc.

Education and/or Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any reputed University. (Marketing & HR backgrounds are preferred)
  • Sales or Business development experience
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • English medium background or good score in IELTS or TOEFL will get advantage
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary BDT 30K, and BDT 25K will be the initial base till the probation period ends (3 months)
