Terms of Reference (ToR) Terre des Hommes Netherlands (TdH NL) is seeking to contract for the Final Evaluation Consultant (s) of the "Community-Based Child Protection Mechanism for the Children of Garment Workers in Bangladesh (CBCPM)" Project for the Bangladesh office. 1.
