Sales Manager – Stationery Division |
Job Context:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager (Stationery Division) who will be responsible for leading nationwide stationery sales operations, managing distribution channels, and driving sustainable business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective nationwide sales strategies for stationery products
- Lead, manage, and motivate the national sales team to achieve sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers
- Appoint new distributors, negotiate commercial terms, and close distribution agreements
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend strategic improvements
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
- Ensure timely and effective solutions aligned with customer needs and company goals
- Report sales performance, market insights, and business updates to senior management

Job Location:
- Dhaka (with nationwide travel as required)
Educational Requirements:
- MBA / Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
- Degree must be obtained from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the stationery industry
- Proven experience in managing a nationwide high-performance sales team
Additional Requirements:
- Strong understanding of stationery products, distribution channels, and dealer networks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel nationwide as per business requirements
