Head of Accounts and Audit

Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts and Audit department including:
- Providing leadership, direction and advice to top management regarding Audit and accounting requirements of concerned Business Unit of the company
- Monthly, quarterly, half - yearly and yearly report with proper process
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- General Ledger
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Training low-level managers and staff.
- Creating and managing budgets.
- Policy applies to grow revenue.
- Evaluating performance and productivity of the relevant departments.
- Analyzing accounting data.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Generating reports and giving presentations to managing director.
- Treasury, Budgeting
- Cash Forecasting
- Revenue and Expenditure Variance analysis
- Capital Assets Reconciliations
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce Audit reports.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits and Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Must be familiar with Accounting Software’s.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements: CA/ ICMAB/ MBA qualified with overall excellent academic track record.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years as Head of Accounts and Audit.
- The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Accounts, Audit, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Additional Requirements
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
