Job Context
We are seeking a talented and aspiring candidate who would join our team for meaningful contribution in our company to reach the organization`s goal.
Job Responsibilities
- Able to run a team of 2000 peoples/team members.
- To manage Marketing, sales, distribution and business development of multiple district.
- Prepare effective Branding, Marketing & Sales Budget (According to the sales Target)
- RSO, TSO,MO, SR & Dealer monitoring, Evaluating & decision making.
- Appoint new dealer where & when required.
- Establish Territory wise Daily, weekly & monthly reporting & performance evaluation of the Organization & ensure the highest sales & quality performance in respective territory
- Make D/O, work with sales team.
- Continuous monitoring to improve sales volumes.
- Dealer Sales, Stock monitoring & Maintain all kinds of paper works.
- Target-oriented work in a team & Make regional planning to ensure effective sales
- Engage in field work for 80% of total working hour.
Educational Requirements
- Degree/ Bachelor/ Masters/MBA from any recognized public university.
- Skills Required: Computer skill
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 year(s) in the relevant field.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Marketing Sales
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)/ Tobacco company.
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 45 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Must have experience in FMCG/(Experience in Tobacco sector will be given preference)
- Strong leadership.
- Proactive, sales focused & creative.
- Strong Analytical skills.
