Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire Finance and Accounts operations of the company.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Implement and monitor internal controls and ERP systems.
Additional Requirements
- Age maximum 40 years.

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla (written and spoken).
- Smart, energetic, proactive, and self-motivated with a professional appearance.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Finance, Accounts and Banking operations.

- Up-to-date with the latest developments in finance-related technologies.
Educational Requirements
- ACCA/FCCA, ACMA/FCMA, BBA/MBA from IBA/DU/NSU/BRAC/AIUB (Major in Finance/Accounting)
