• To perform marketing, sales & promotional activities of Leather and Synthetic Shoe, to obtain orders from different dealers/buyers and have adequate knowledge about Leather Product marketing.
• To meet company Export and Local sales target for both individual & team performance.
• Preparing sales information, analysis and reports to meet deadlines.
• To follow up progress of sales team.
• Must have ability to monitor development of delivery.
• Develop and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and achieve sales target.
• Able to make yearly Export plan, create new Export making good relation with the existing and new clients etc.
• Responsible for implementing Market Coverage, Sales forecasts & Achievement strategies.
• Developing and establishing new Customers including corporate.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Negotiating contracts and packages.
• Aiming to achieve weekly, monthly or annual targets.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

•  Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Candidate from the reputed University in preferable

• 2 to 10 Years
• The applicants should have experience in the following area (s) : Leather product, Export and Local Sales
• Experience in Shoe and Paper Industries will get prefer.
