Job Overview:

We are seeking multiple motivated freshers to join Talent Centric Ltd and our internal concerns, Go Global and Ignition Marketing as Talent Acquisition and Business Development Trainees. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in client acquisition, talent sourcing, and relationship management. You will work closely with senior teams to drive growth and develop expertise in both HR and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and partners.
  • Support in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Maintain communication with prospective and existing clients.
  • Participate in market research and competitor analysis.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support client onboarding and project execution.
  • Maintain records of business activities and prepare regular reports.
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and training sessions when required.

 Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for various clients and internal concerns
  • Source and screen CVs from job portals and other platforms
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Communicate with candidates professionally via email and phone
  • Work closely with the team to ensure timely and effective hiring

Office Hours: Sunday to Thursday | 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Employment Status: Intern

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from an English Medium background.
  • Excellent communication skills both English and Bengali.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
