TAI Social Foundation invites applications for Enlistment from vendors/Supplier/Service Providers in the following categories

CATEGORY
  • Accommodation/Hotel/Guest House/Resort (including food, training venue) Inside Cox’s Bazar district
  • General Supplier (Stationary and Office Supplies, Safety and Security Items & Equipment, Generator and other relevant equipment and etc.)
  • IT Equipment and Services (Laptop, Desktop, Multimedia, Hardware & Software, CCTV and Servicing and etc.)
  • Internet Service Provider (Broadband)
  • Mobile top-ups (Mobile Airtime or Recharge)
  • Electrical and Electronic Equipment and services
  • Furniture & Fixture
  • Hygiene Material (Bath Soap, Antiseptic Liquid, Cleaning Items, Hand Sanitizer, Mask and etc.)
  • Printing and Publications and Photocopy (books, brochure, report, poster, diary, ID card, Business card, calendar, banner, etc.)
  • Offline Add Farm: (Advertising Farm/Media buying)
  • Online Ad. Farm (Advertising Farm/Media buying) 
  • Transport Services (Rent-A-Car, Mini Bus, Pickup Van)
  • Garments Material (Cloth, Thread)
  • Visibility Items (Vest, Cap, Bag etc.)
  • Construction 
  • Fuel (Diesel, Petrol, Lubricant Oil)

Enlistment Schedule (ES)

Interested vendors are requested to enlist in TAI Social Foundation Vendor enlistment system by submitting your application form Application form.docx/ vendor enlistment form hard copy along with relevant supporting documents mentioned below:

1. Valid Trade License (Not for individual consultant)
2. TIN Certificate
3. VAT/BIN Registration Documents (Not for individual consultant)
4. Existing Client List with Certificate
5. Bank Account Number.
6. Bank Solvency Report & Six (06) Month Bank Statement.
7. Vendor Profile.
