Terms and Conditions:
- Quoted price is inclusive basis, including delivery fee, VAT TAX and all other costs. All quotations must present VAT as separate cost. Pricing must be presented in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Price offers must remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days after the offer deadline.
- The delivery cost estimate should present in an offer in response to this RFQ.
- Issuance of RFQ does not in any way obligate SFSA Bangladesh to make an award or pay for costs incurred by potential offerors in the preparation and submission of an offer.
- SFSA Bangladesh standard payment term is 30 days through account payee cheque after receipt and acceptance of any commodities or deliverables. Payment will only be issued to the entity submitting the offer in response to this RFQ and identified in the resulting award; payment will not be issued to any third party.
(a) Any award resulting from RFQ will be fixed price, in the form of a purchase order.
(b) The title to any goods supplied under any award resulting from this RFQ shall pass to SFSA Bangladesh following delivery and acceptance of the goods by SFSA Bangladesh. Risk of loss, injury, or destruction of the goods shall be borne by the offeror until title passes to SFSA Bangladesh.
(c) In response to this RFQ, please include- a) Cover letter, signed by an authorized representative of the offeror.
b) Official quotation, including specifications of offered items. C) copy of offeror’s legal business license, TIN & VAT Registration
(d) SFSA Bangladesh reserved the right to accept or reject all the proposal/ bids/quotation
