JOB TITLE: SR EXECUTIVE/ASST MANAGER, SALES, HEALTHCARE |

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individuals to promote and sell our medical devices to pharmacies, hospitals, and diagnostic labs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for sales. This role involves regular field visits, relationship management, and meeting defined sales targets under the supervision of the Sales Lead.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES & TARGET ACHIEVEMENT:
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Lead.
- Actively promote and sell the company’s medical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and diagnostic centers.
- Participate in promotional activities and product demonstrations as required.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular client visits to promote products, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
REPORTING & CRM MANAGEMENT:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, orders, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Team Leader detailing sales activities, progress, and market feedback.
MARKET INTELLIGENCE:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Share insights and observations with the Team Leader to support strategy and planning.
COMPLIANCE & KNOWLEDGE:
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry regulations.
- Attend training sessions, team meetings, and reviews as scheduled by the Sales Team Leader.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 years of experience, especially in selling to hospitals and diagnostics centers.
SKILLS:
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Bangla and English (spoken and written).
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client visits.
