Position: System Analyst, Software Development Department

Job Responsibilities:

• To write software requirements specifications (SRS), User Manual and other analysis works.
  
• To Investigate, interpret and analyze specifications of current system requirements for ensuring suitable software solution.
  
• To lead R&D if required to for ensuring project quality.
  
• To assist in writing RFP, TOR if required for submission of project.
  
• To design & develop planning of a software system/project based on project requirement.
  
• To allocate jobs to team members, monitoring their delivery with quality and time.
  
• To arrange and manage training for improving the skills of team members.
  
• To coach, guide, lead and assess of team members for motivating them in workplace.
  
• To ensure consultancy and contribute in technology tailoring for customer and vendor perspectives.
  
• To document and records projects scopes and phasesb activities for future requirements.
  
• To implement system analysis and design phases and prepare planning tools such as algorithm, diagram, chart or tables with notes and descriptions
  
• To make action plans and schedules to manage and monitor task assignments for project.
  
• To monitor and coordinate programming, testing, configuring and implementing team activities.
  
• To collect, analyze and resolve technical issues.
  
• To develop and implement the quality project within time.
  
• To confirm on call or customer-end support when problem/issue arises in anytime.
  
• To develop software solutions and improvements independently
  
• To serve as a change resource who identify the organizational improvements needed, design systems to implement those changes, and train and motivate others to use the systems

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 8 years

Technical Requirements:

• Must have experience in at least 02 enterprise level solution
  
• Must have experience in designing and implementation of Software Solution Architecture
  
• Practical knowledge in Microservices Architecture is strong plus
  
• Must have experience in all SDLC phases (From Requirement to Implementation)
  
• Must have practical knowledge and working experience in designing different architectural design such as Network Architecture,
• Hosting Architecture, Deployment Architecture etc.

Additional Requirements:

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): System Analyst
  
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company
  
• Proven experience in Public Sector and/or Large Corporates in similar position at-least for 5 years is mandatory.
  
• Very good understanding of UML and BPMN.
  
• Experience in analyzing Human Resource, Accounts, Budget and/or Audit Management is a plus
  
• Candidate having experience in large-scale software development project will get additional point.
