Trainee Sales Unit Officer

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • To assist the Sales Unit Officers in the respected unit for ensuring budgeted SALES target.
  • To support in managing trade channels & receivables
  • To execute required demand generation activities in the field.
  • To execute required market activities, customer monitoring & evaluation.
  • To support grower with agronomic knowledge & technological practices.
  • To travel and maintain communication with including DAE, stockist, retailers & relevant

Job Context

  • Ability to work in remote areas.
  • Working days: 6 days a week

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • B.Sc (Honors - 4 years) in Science preferably from Agriculture/Life Sciences background.

Additional Requirements

  • Willing to work anywhere Bangladesh.
  • Eager to travel frequently and ability to drive motorcycle
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill.
  • Proactive in solving problem/issues with a Positive & can-do attitude.
