Now the company invites applications from competent people to promote and sell company’s existing & new software products to the institutional customers.

Position: Sales & Marketing Officer

This is a Target-oriented position. It requires extensive visit to customer office premises and introduce the product(s) to the potential customer(s), close sales and receive customers’ feedback on a regular basis. In addition to Monthly Salary you will receive sales incentive based on your performance.     

Educational Requirement:

  • Graduation / Masters in Science/Finance/Accounting/Business/Commerce etc.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Explore & meet new customers in existing or new region(s).
  • Achieve day to day Institutional sales target
  • Address customer queries modestly and ensure customer satisfaction at all level.
  • Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Explain the services and their benefits to customers for maximizing the use of software.
  • Demonstrate Software product and make presentation to clients.
  • Keep proper record of all clients.
  • Prepare different reports i.e. sales, call reports etc. on a regular basis
  • Sense of discipline and punctuality.

Qualification Requirements

  • Experience in Institutional sales will get preference.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and convincing skill.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Email, Power Point and social media tools
  • Must be Enthusiastic, Pro-active, Punctual, Honest and Hard-working
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Basic Knowledge on Information Technology.
  • Sense of discipline and punctuality.
  • Writing skill specially in English will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ of work Experience in Institutional sales are preferred.

Location: Incumbent may have to move around different regions of the country from time to time.
