• Today’s world is digitally connected. All living entities whether individuals or organizations are making their presence felt in the digital world viz. Internet, Facebook, YouTube, X (ex. Twitter), Linked In, Whatsapp etc. It is hard to find individual who does not have any digital presence. Hence, business entity is finding it growingly difficult to promote itself without its digital activity.
• At Swosti, we are looking for an energetic individual who has necessary skill, attitude and capacity to market & promote our brand utilizing all possible and feasible tools & channels digitally. We expect you to independently plan and implement digital and promotional campaign to raise existing brand to the higher level.
• The position will require efficient use of online channels, tele-sales and promotional tools.   

Job Description / Responsibility

• Make unsolicited cold call utilizing Mobile, Whatsapp, Messenger, Imo etc. and close the sale.
• Explore existing promotional & marketing activities of the organization and improve & maintain those to tap full benefits of digital, promotional & other sales activities.
• Create necessary marketing database, email, and social media advertising, and conduct advertising campaigns.
• Make presentation to clients physically or online.
• Utilize various social media like Facebook, Web, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp etc. to increase sales and promotional activities.
• Manage all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales conversion, and reporting.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirement:

• Graduation / Masters in Business/Commerce/Marketing/ Finance/Accounting only.

Qualification Requirements

• Adequate knowledge in Telephone etiquette.
• Expertise in Social Media Marketing including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, managing digital campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
• Skills Required: Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Video editing Tool, SEO & Word-press based website development.
• Trained or Skilled Online Digital Marketer will get preference
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skill.
• Must be Enthusiastic, Pro-active, Punctual, Honest and Hard-working.

Additional Requirements

• You must possess your own Android Mobile phone.
• You have to use official SIM for client communication, if you are selected.
• You need NOT apply, if you are not confident in selling through online tools (Telephone, other online social platform).

Experience: At least 01 year of hands on experience in the related field.

• Salary and attractive Sales Commission.

Location: Dhaka. However, you may need to visit potential client office from time to time.
