Swisscontact country office has a requirement of internet Service across all offices in Dhaka. Every Offices will have two ISPs, Primary ISP & Secondary ISP with redundant/failover connectivity of both the ISPs.

Selection Criteria
- Primary ISP: Price Offer for 100 mbps, 120 mbps & 150 mbps full duplex redundant bandwidth connectivity from two different POPs/locations for both the addresses
- Secondery ISP: Price Offer for 25 mbps, 30 mbps & 35 mbps full duplex redundantbadwidth connrctivity from two different POPs/locations for both the addresses
- Every ISP has to be listed as Nation Wide (preffered) or Divisional ISP in the BTRC publised list. Please mention the Serial Number according to the updated published list in BTRC websie.

Having the self International Gateway (IGW) operator license will get the preferrence for Primary ISP category. Please mention the IGW operator name aslo if not self owned.

Every ISP can apply for both primary and secondary criteria

An ISP selected as Primary ISP must not be considered as Secondary ISP or vice-versa.

A dedicated Account Manager/Key Contact Person, 24/7 NoC, 24/7 call center and 99.99% uptime are the mandetory requirements.

The initial contract period will be 2 years with an option of further 2 years after satisfactory service evaluation, off course fulfilling the mandatory requirements. But the value/bandwidth service must be adjusted due to change in BTRC charge as soon as it will be applicable.

Swisscontact Bangladesh reserves the rights to terminate this contract at any time upon disatifaction as the service is pivotal for the organization.

Financial Proposal: Interested consultants/firms required to submit the sealed envelope containing hard copy of financial proposal.
