The B-SkillFUL Programme Phase II is supported by the Embassy of Switzerland in Bangladesh, and implemented by Swisscontact. It aims to improve the productivity and competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and increase opportunities for women and men to work in safer and more sustainable conditions.
The programme supports the MSMEs to build resilience and recover from the economic adversities of COVID-19 pandemic. By collaborating with Business Development Service (BDS) providers and Workplace-Based Training (WBT) providers, the programme offers customised services for MSMEs to develop expertise in both technical and managerial fields. The solutions are designed to address specific constraints identified at the sector and MSME levels.
Through its multifaceted interventions, the programme also creates opportunities for WBT and BDS providers to engage with MSMEs in peri-urban and rural areas and expand their clientele beyond the major cities.
B-SkillFUL Programme Phase II is looking for consultant(s)/firm to conduct Market Assessment for Labour Market Intermediation Facility (LMIF).
Duration of the assignment: The assignment will be completed and delivered in no more than 45 person days from December 2021 to April 2022.
