Swiss Biohygienic Equipments Limited is the largest manufacturer of hygiene plant and process pipe line construction for pharmaceutical biotech, food, beverage and cosmetics industries in Bangladesh. To carry forward company’s pace of growth, the company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage all engineering and technical aspect of the project.
Position Title: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Offer preparation, submission, follow up and technical meeting with customer as well as confirm project order.
- Lead the plan, coordinate and implement the projects.
- Plan and schedule project timelines.
- Manage project budget & resource allocation.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to Managing Director.
Pre-requisite to apply:
- BSc. in Mechanical/ Electrical/ IPE from any reputed Universities with good academic record.
- At least 10 years’ experience in any factory or projects, preferable in Pharmaceutical industry.
Specific Job Skills:
- Qualification in project management or equivalent.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

- Results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Delegation & Conflict management
- Close coordination with end user
