Sancred Welfare Foundation (SWF) and Dak Diye Jai (DDJ) partner organization of OXFAM in Bangladesh are looking for a dynamic team player as Project Coordinator to implement the “Resilience Through Economic Empowerment Climate Adaptation Leadership and Learning (REECALL 2021)” project respectively in Sunamganj and Pirojpur areas. REECALL 2021 is intended for a) Economic empowerment and women leadership, b) DRR, Climate action and resilient WASH, c) Active citizenship and influencing for the greater wellbeing of vulnerable women and men of Char, Haor and Coastal areas. Educational Qualification: Masters in social science and other relevant discipline (In relevant field with minimum 5 years’ experiences).
Key responsibilities:
- Experience in managing donor funded projects, team building, influencing
- Lead Monitoring and communications with project relevant actors, budget tracking, ensure value for money
- Produce quality reporting for internal and external audiences.
- In-depth knowledge on DRR, CCA, Resilience, right base approach, community development model, clear analysis on social/ economic/ gender power dynamics from community to national level.
- Good communication, facilitation, presentation and representation skills.
- Strong understanding of gender issues and experience in integrating into program practice.
- Ability to work under pressure, decision making and multi-tasking.
- Working skill both oral and writing in English
- Skill in Ms-word, Ms-excel, PowerPoint and e-mail communication
