Job Description / Responsibility

• Support the design and execution of baseline surveys in the land project areas and develop project indicators.
• Maintaining proper documentations of land project related works.
• Assess quality of construction material and monitor proper use of those.
• Monitor and rectify any violation of design, or in maintaining quality to ensure desired quality output.
• Responsible to complete land project works within the schedule time.
• Identify lessons learned and implications for the project's next steps.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering only from Public University (May be relaxed if highly experienced)

Experience

• At least 5 year(s) working in any land development company.

Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 year(s)
• Must be able to work under hard stress.
• Should have supervising and evaluating quality.
• Ability to lead a team and must be good at teamwork.
• Must have good management ability.
• Experience in Auto CAD is a must.
• Good Skill on MS Word & MS Excel will be an added advantage in recruitment.
