Job Responsibilities

• Inspects garments, such during production to determine number of defects per worker and reasons for rejects.
• Ensure quality of garments and involve the thorough checking and inspection of Products.
• Conduct pre-production meeting and take approval for on time production.
• Monitor Cutting, printing / embroidery, sewing, finishing section for on time shipment.
• Maintain AQL, Defective report, and others.
• Follow up quality related report.
• Follow up the internal in-line, pre-final and final audit and act.
• Keep in touch with Quality Manager and designated merchandiser for Production and Quality Issues.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior
• Key responsibilities are to Inspect and Checking the regular orders and monitor production status. Provide actual inputs for AQL report, Defective Report. Always keep in touch and up to date the factory status to Quality Manager, Merchandiser, and other concern person. Ensure effective implementation of Business plan with an aim to achieve company's objectives.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Graduate from any private or national universities. Qualification can be relaxed for experienced candidate.

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Compliance, Inspection, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Buying House, Garments

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Hard working
• Able to move / travel any location as assigned.
• Read and understand garments specifications and instruction.
