Job Description

:

  • Planning, organizing and implementing all customer acquisition activity.
  • Sharing ideas to prepare effective campaign design for new customer acquisition.
  • Building and maintaining key agent and top agent relationship across the territory.
  • Targeting potential agents and assessing opportunities for sales.
  • Arranging meetings with potential agents / key or top agents and selling or briefing products offerings.
  • Manage, maintain and grow transaction drive within the assigned territory.
  • Putting together sales strategies to target high volume sales opportunities to achieve it.
  • Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency and chasing sales lead from other members of the company.
  • Monitor sales trend and keeping up to date with industry news to identify opportunities for new business.
  • Develop market to achieve revenue/sales targets and KPI’s as set by Sales Manager.
  • Analyze own business sales performance and identify gaps and potential risks and create opportunities/mitigation plans
  • Required to develop quarterly sales and performance plan by identifying the gap and by exploring the opportunities in the market.
  • Ensure adequate number of Sales Representative deploying by distributor.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure achieving monthly sales target and KPI target
  • Plan and coordinate training programs for Sales Representative or agent to improve sales skills.
  • Confirm daily lifting by distributor at first hour of banking transaction.
  • Monitoring distributors lifting pattern and keeping progress of it for successive days.
  • Skill of listening, body language, eye contact, hand gestures, tone of voice, talk too much or too little, friendliness, confidence, empathy, open-mindedness, respect, giving and receiving feedback, responsiveness etc.
  • Conform to the daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
  • Planning and organizing effective merchandising strategies to ensure proper visibility in agent market.
  • Assist area sales manager in planning, forecasting and managing assigned sales territories.
  • Negotiating and influencing Distributor to involve with business as per company requirement.
  • Coordinate with other team members and cross functional team members to expedite necessity of daily job requirements.
  • Responsible for planning own time appropriately to maximize business performance.

Education

:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Profile of Candidate

:

  • Age not more than 26
  • Fresh graduate from reputed public or private universities.
  • Very high common sense
  • Proactive, positive and ‘Can do’ attitude.
  • Good communication skills both in verbal and written form.
  • Willing to undertake extensive travelling and willing to work anywhere in the country.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
