Position: H.R. Officer

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in relevant discipline 

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years’ experiences in any recognize manufacturing company in the same position is preferable.
• Computer Literacy with Office Application, should be good knowledge & good speed in Bangla Type, e-mail and internet browsing.
• Taking disciplinary action ( Show-cause, Inquiry, warning, Dismissal, Termination) and prepared different draft, Appointment letter, attendance & leave & others report and letter as directed by the management.
• Maintain management guideline by preparing, updating and recommendation HR policies & procedures.
• Manage any kind of undesirable situation that requires administrative support.
• Good command in English Language is needed.
• Good communication skill is required.

Salary: Negotiable
