Key Points

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Deal directly with clients either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Candidate must be expert in communication with new & existing clients.
  • Resolve the complaints/comments of different clients.
  • Make daily report client wise.
  • Responsible for follow up existing clients with in mention date.
  • Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

Job Nature

Educational Requirements

  • HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Customer Relation, Customer Support, Customer Support/ Client Service, Customer Support through Phone, Customer Service, Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
