Summit Corporation Limited invites suitable candidates for the following position:

Title of the Position: Deputy Assistant Manager (Administration) – 01

Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

  • Executing all possible works by service contractors and internal staffs related to Generator, Substation, Elevators, PABX, CCTV, Photocopier, Internet, Building lightings, Air conditioning devices or any other Electronic, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical devices.
  • Execution of all possible works related to repairing, renovation, beautification and assistance in procurement of required material for Summit Centre.
  • Provide necessary technical support to the Chairman's Official Residence in terms of Generator, Substation, CCTV, and Surveillance in any civil engineering works.
  • Assist Head of Administration for managing all the formalities of local and overseas guests including issuance of visa, visa extension, local and international travel arrangements, arranging job permit, etc.
  • Provide support in organizing Company’s events.
  • Assist Head of Administration and Senior Manager of the department in all possible work relevant to the administration and procurement.
  • Any other administrative task assigned by the Management.

Special Skill /Training:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized.        
  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines, adapt to change and flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role.
  • Ability to manage events in a positive and effective manner.
  • Relevant technical knowledge.
  • Good IT skills (advance knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Adequate knowledge in Substation, Generator and Electrical wiring.
  • Willing to response in case of any emergency round the clock.

Educational Requirements
  • BSc (Diploma certificate holders may apply with 5 years of relevant work experience).
Experience Requirements
  • At least 03 years of experience in Administration and Maintenance.
