Summit Corporation Limited (SCL), a member of the Summit Group of Companies, is seeking an outstanding individual to head its Organisational Development Function in HR Department.
SCL is the market leader in the IPP sector in Bangladesh, with approximately 1,500 MW in operation and 1000 MW in construction. SCL and its controlled subsidiaries employ approximately 1500 employees.
Designation: OD Senior Manager
Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible among others, for the followings:
- Drive, design and implement OD and change management strategies, policies and processes that is aligned with the organsiation’s ambition to have a performance centric culture;
- Design the Performance Management Framework cascading the Organisational Values, implementing a new Behavioral and Functional Competency Framework and Objective Setting Mechanism and orienting the organization on this;
- Drive the Annual Performance Appraisal Process by orienting Line Managers and employees on their roles and process. Ensure compliance on the qualitative and quantitative aspects, working with the Head of HR to raise the performance bar of the organization
- Work with the Head of HR on Talent Management and Succession Planning and ensure retention mechanism is in place
- Work with line managers/HoDs on the design and execution of Personal Development Plans for their teams; set up Annual Learning and Development Calendar and optimally utilize the Development Budgets.
- Drive the Coaching, Mentoring and Secondment Schemes to support employee development.
- Drive the Internal Communication Plan and Employer Branding Calendar of HR to ensure effective and unilateral communication and employee engagement.
Duty Station: Head Office, Dhaka.

Specifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from a reputed university with proven experience of about 7 years or more years in OD and Change Management from MNCs or large local conglomerates.
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally. Pragmatic and solution-oriented.
- Excellent communication proficiency, including best in class presentation skills.
- Experienced in designing and facilitating Learning Programs with proper event management capability.
- Proven track record in delivering successful OD projects and supporting major organisational changes by acting as a change agent.
