Job Title: Assistant Engineer
Department: NOC, Network Operations
Job Description/Responsibility:
- 24/7 Network & Service Surveillance and alarm dispatch.
- 1st line Fault handling of network & all NE.
- Communication with Clients and operators with follow up.
- Observing day to day device health and environmental condition.
- Responsible for regular technical reporting& documentation.
- Maintaining all required database.
- Troubleshooting client point-to-point links and physical or logical performance status.
Requirements:
- Graduate from well reputed University inB.Sc. in CSE/EEE/ETE/ECE.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1-2 years relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Vendor certification will be preferred.
- Must be self-motivated, good communication skills, hardworking and career oriented.
- Strong follow-through and initiative to stay with issues until they are resolved, along with discipline and tenacity to meet deadlines.
