Job Responsibilities:

• Practical experience in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for Basement, Cast-in-situ piling, Pre-cast piling, Shore piling and Multi-Storied Residential & Commercial Building works is required
• Perform detailed rate analysis of construction items of works in accordance with PWD Standard analysis and determine project cost based on current market prices of materials & labour.
• Prepare and issue work orders for Contractors/ Labour Contractors/ Fabricators including approved labor rates, work schedule and terms & conditions.
• Prepare detailed working drawings for aluminum doors, windows, glass doors and curtain walls based on actual site measurements and contract specifications.
• Check and approve working drawings of aluminum doors, windows.
• Prepare quotation of rates schedule & invite quotation of rates of different items in different trades such as MS Grill work, Aluminium door window fabrication work, glass curtain rail, false ceiling etc.
•  Invite quotation of rates, evaluate and recommend the best quoted rate & take approval from authority.
• Check all Contractors/ Labour Contractors/ Fabricators bill & recommendation for payment.
• Prepare monthly project progress reports based on site information.
• Knowledge of quality, specifications, market rates and brands of construction materials.
• Possess working knowledge of painting, polishing, sanitary fittings, carpentry, tiles, and electrical fittings.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Government Polytechnic Institute.

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.
• Skilled in MS Office Package (especially Word, Excel spread sheet).
• Practical experience in Bangla typing is required.
•  Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
