Officer- HR Operations

The Opportunity

The Officer – HR Operations role involves supporting end to end recruitment and onboarding processes, including long listing CVs, conducting compliance checks, coordinating interviews, communicating with hiring managers, arranging assessment logistics, compiling and sharing interview scores, and managing candidate communications such as offer letters and regret notices. It also includes performing vetting and reference checks, maintaining personnel files, ensuring accurate documentation in line with HR compliance, facilitating orientation sessions, processing payments for job advertisements, and providing operational HR support with collaboration of Officer- HR Operations- managing exits, and assisting during HR audits.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 3-4 years’ relevant working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
  • Diploma or certificate course in HR or Personnel Management will be an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, very accurate in drafting, good in database information management, maintaining confidentiality, documentation & filing skills and good communication (English & Bangla), setting priorities and time management and very good command on MS Office and Bangla typing is preferred
