The Opportunity

The Assistant – Talent Acquisition at the SCI Cox’s Bazar Area Office plays a vital role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including maintaining shadow personnel files, coordinating interviews, managing the online recruitment system, and handling candidate communications, vetting, and salary negotiations. The role also supports organizing orientation sessions, trainings, and workshops, while contributing to staff engagement and wellness initiatives. This position requires close coordination with all programs and departments for HR administrative tasks, as well as periodic field visits and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in HR, particularly extensive experience in recruitment, preferably in NGO/INGO
  • Knowledge on principles and procedures of recruitment & selection
  • Working knowledge on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or any related recruitment applications is required
  • In depth knowledge about the recruitment challenges and ability to deal with the challenges
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Power Point and Excel 
  • Excellent Communication and managing skills
  • Networking and Influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bangla & English
