The Opportunity
This position is responsible for planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting on program activities in line with donor requirements. S/he will be organizing and facilitating training in-order to build capacity of factories’ ECCD facilitators. S/he will also develop age-appropriate material and facilitate procurement of the Early Childhood Care & Development (ECCD) Program/Primary Education Program and assist in day to day program/project operation in cooperation with Manager and field staff.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 04 years of working experience in a relevant field with at least 01 year in training facilitation and material development.
- Detail knowledge about learning toys and learning aids, clear understanding of how children learn, and detailed knowledge of training.
- Good skills in training facilitation
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Good in listening and counseling
- Good time management skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Hands-on computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) operating skills
- Master’s degree in ECCD/Education/Social Science field or relevant field
