The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity awaits a results-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead to join our esteemed team in Cox’s Bazar. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will spearhead our recruitment endeavors, overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, and providing leadership to our dedicated Talent Acquisition team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, responsibilities include collaborating closely with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and coordinate interviews, conducting HR Legal Vetting and Re-hire processes, ensuring meticulous upkeep of our recruitment tracker, managing recruitment software, reviewing recruitment-related documentation, representing HR in interview boards, providing guidance to field staff, delivering coaching to HR Officers, coordinating training sessions for hiring managers, maintaining shadow files, overseeing recruitment-related audits, and providing ad hoc support to HR functions. The preferred candidate should possess a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent, ideally within the NGO/INGO sector. They must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of recruitment principles and procedures, coupled with hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar recruitment applications. Proficiency in HR software, particularly related to recruitment, is essential, as is a high level of proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities in both Bangla and English, and exceptional organizational capabilities are paramount. Fluency in the Chittagonian dialect or Rohingya language would be advantageous. Candidates currently engaged in humanitarian crises with other organizations will be given preference. Qualifications and Experience

  • Working experience: At least 5 years’ experience in HR, particularly extensive experience in recruitment, preferably in NGO/INGO
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar recruitment software is desirable.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the NGO/INGO sector.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of HR legal requirements and regulations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to humanitarian principles and organizational values. Working with trustworthiness and integrity and has a clear commitment to Save the Children’s core values and humanitarian principles
  • Master’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or equivalent. PGDHRM will be an advantage
