The Opportunity

Save the Children is seeking a dedicated Project Manager for Health Post and Primary Health Care Centers (HP & PHCC) to lead a talented team in delivering quality services. As the key liaison between senior managers, medical departments, and relevant stakeholders, you'll play a crucial role in organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of health programs. Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in health programs/projects, including 2 years in Project Management within a healthcare facility.
  • Solid knowledge of maternal, newborn, adolescent, and child health (MNCAH) and epidemic disease-related health strategies/programs.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS-Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure, effective problem-solving, commitment to development, and strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Medical Graduate (MBBS) with MPH qualification, registered by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC)
